Music of the 20's
Immerse yourself in the sounds of the full orchestra as it plays works from the 1820’s, when Weber wowed German audiences with his masterpiece, Der Freischütz, to the 1920’s, when the Boston Symphony premiered Stravinsky’s Suite from his ballet Pulcinella,
and into the 2020’s, as modern day composers such as Canadian Kati Agócs continue to embrace the power and majesty of the orchestra and solo instruments. We look forward to welcoming you on October 4!
